I love that flow when researching, and the moment when suddenly everything falls into place.
For around 20 years I have been filling positions where expertise and sensitivity matter, from specialists to executives. It all started in IT, finance and banking; today I accompany searches in all five fields of Die Karrierearchitekten.
What excites me most are the roles that cannot be filled with an advert. That is when my favourite part begins: thorough research, a targeted approach, an honest assessment. And in the end, the moment when the right person and the right role find each other.

I love being out and about with my family, often in nature. I enjoy reading and cooking, listen to podcasts and find my balance in yoga and meditation. And if a book takes me to distant galaxies, all the better.
